SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We understand our customers are anxious to get their new Polar Bear Cooler in hand and out on the next adventure. We will make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get your drinks on ice and your game in the bag.
Domestic Orders Without Embroidary:
Domestic orders (without embroidery) placed before 11:00am EST Monday-Friday will ship same-day. Orders placed after 11:00am EST or on weekends will ship the following business day.
We offer a variety of domestic shipping methods at checkout. UPS Ground is the default method, but we also offer Next Day and Second Day Air options at checkout. See below for a map showing UPS Ground estimated transit time.
Domestic Orders With Embroidary:
Our embroidery team takes special care to make sure that every cooler comes out perfectly. As a result, embroidery orders can take up to 5 business days before shipping out via the shipping method of your choice.

International Orders
International orders without embroidery will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
International orders with custom embroidery will ship within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
All international orders ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail International (tracking number included). Expedited shipping is not available for international shipments.
Our Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased directly from www.polarbearcoolers.com, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused to qualify for a refund. We do not accept returns on products that have been customized with text or logo. No refunds will be given on returned merchandise after 30 days from the initial purchase.
If the order being returned was purchased from a third party or dealer, then the order must be return with the original dealer in accordance with the dealer’s return policy. However, if a cooler purchased from a third party dealer is defective, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-438-7924 or email support@polarbearcoolers.com to initiate a warranty claim.
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products.
